Welcome to the Promotion Terms page! This section details the terms and conditions of all promotions currently active at our casino.
The following sections outline what you need to know about bonus and promotional terms so you understand how it all works.

What players need to know
Before we get into the terms and conditions of the promotion, we have listed below what applies to your offer.
You must be at least 20 years old to receive offers at our casino.
Bonuses and free spins are awarded at our discretion. Bonuses and free spins can be awarded as part of an ongoing campaign (for example, a welcome bonus) or as a result of an interaction with a player (for example, when you complete a game achievement). Bonuses and free spins may also be awarded as part of a promotional campaign (sent to registered players who choose to receive marketing via email, SMS and/or phone).
All bonuses, offers and winnings can be activated on the promotions page of your account.
Some bonuses and offers require you to deposit to win. The deposit amount is detailed in each offer on the promotion page. Deposits below the specified minimum amount will not allow you to successfully activate the offer (unless you have made this clear in the terms of the specific promotion).
Bonuses are activated sequentially from the order in which they are claimed. For example, you can claim bonus offer 1 before bonus offer 2. At the moment, Bonus Offer 2 is considered active and Bonus Offer 1 is pending. Cash wagering contributes to the wagering requirements of the bonus offer 2. If you meet the wagering requirements or cancel bonus offer 2, bonus offer 1 will be the next active bonus.
All offers and winnings available on the promotion page will expire if not activated within the time shown. Similarly, active bonus funds (including bonus winnings) will expire if you do not complete the wagering requirements within the indicated time.
You can use mobile phone payments (except Vodafone) to claim the offer (unless specified). Please note, however, that for some offers, the minimum deposit amount for the offer may be greater than the maximum amount you can deposit on your mobile phone. Before activating your offer, be sure to check the daily spending limit on your phone.
If any of the following occurs, you can cancel the bonus and remove it from your account: (a) you have not met the wagering requirements within the period specified in the Promotion; (b) if you are found to be in breach of the Site’s Terms of Use or any terms and conditions relating to a particular promotion; or (c) self-exclude or close your account.
You can withdraw funds from your cash balance at any time, but please note that you must cancel any active bonuses in your account (including, but not limited to, bonus winnings and valid free spins that have not cleared the wagering requirements). Deposits will not affect the active bonus.
If a promotion is not appropriate for you, you can opt out of receiving promotions and bonuses on your account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
We reserve the right to amend/withdraw offers and/or promotions at any time without prior notice. However, it doesn’t affect if you’ve already activated the offer. Our decision regarding any Promotion-related dispute will be deemed final and all Promotions shall be subject to our Conquestador Terms and Conditions.
About Bonuses
In this section, we have listed some useful information about how bonuses work.
Unless otherwise specified in the specific promotional terms and conditions on subsequent pages, these rules apply to all promotions offered on our site.
Bonus funds credited to the bonus wallet are subject to wagering requirements.
In the case of a deposit bonus, it may also apply to the deposit amount to obtain the bonus (if stated in the promotion-specific conditions).
For example, if you deposit $20 to activate with the wagering requirement “deposit + 10x bonus amount”, and the bonus offer is $20 ($40 total), you will need to wager $400 ($40 x 10) from your cash wallet to claim the bonus winnings.
Only bets made using funds from cash wallets will be considered into the wagering requirements.
Cash and funds from the bonus wallet are used proportionally during gameplay. For example, if you have a cash balance of $60 and a bonus wallet of $30 and you place a $3 bet, your bet will include $2 from your cash wallet and $1 from your bonus wallet.
All winnings will be refunded to each wallet in equal proportion.
You can activate multiple bonuses at the same time.
If the funds of the first bonus have been used or the wagering requirements have been cleared or cancelled, the wagering requirements of the second bonus will be considered “valid”.
For example, if you already have a $10 bonus fund in your wallet but activate a new $20 bonus (i.e. you have $30 in your bonus wallet at that time), the wagering requirements for the initial $10 bonus will still apply.
When you wager the first $10 of the $30 in the bonus fund (without winning), the first bonus is considered “spent” and the then the $20 bonus is “active”.
The maximum amount of bets placed in one round of the game must not exceed 20% of the original bonus amount currently in effect (for certain promotions).
For example, if you win a $20 bonus, you can place bets up to $4, but in this case, wagers over $4 will forfeit the bonus.
Please note that this is the total amount of the bet, not the amount wagered from cash or bonus wallets.
If the combined funds of your cash wallet and bonus wallet are less than (or equal to) 10p, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically converted to your cash balance.
Wagering/wagering contributes to bonus wagering requirements at different rates for each game type as follows:

For example, if you place a bet of €10 on one figure with Evolution’s Lightning Roulette = 1/37 = 2.7% coverage, your contribution to the bonus offer will be 100% (note that cash and bonus funds are staked proportionally. Only cash funds that contribute to wagering requirements). For the avoidance of doubt, only roulette games offered by Evolution are eligible for this feature. Other games offered by Evolution (such as Blackjack and Baccarat) or roulette games offered by other providers will not benefit from the wagers listed in the table of Roulette Games Offered by Evolution.
The above table may change from time to time.
Digestibility applies to all bonuses and wagering requirements for bonus funds are subject to wagering contributions, which vary from slot to slot. You can find current information on game contributions here.
Bonus winnings that have cleared wagering requirements are automatically credited to your cash balance and can be withdrawn immediately.

About Free Spins
In addition to offering bonuses, we also offer free spins. Here’s what you need to know.
Free spins may require a minimum deposit deposit to activate (if specified in the offer) and activated free spins can be used in the games offered on the promotion page.
While you have active free spins in your account, you may not place bets on table games, except for certain games offered by Evolution (even if the free spins are used in another game). For more information, please see section 6.11 of the Site Terms of Use.
Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds (with cash wagering conditions) and are subject to the same conditions as described above.

As set forth in Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions, if we become aware that a Promotion is being abused and/or that a Promotion is being abused, we undertake to take all reasonable steps to prevent any unfair advantage to players or the integrity of the Game and/or system from being compromised. or in case of breach of the bonus terms, the Company reserves the right to confiscate any winnings incurred as a result of abuse and/or violation of the terms and exclude the player from receiving future bonuses.
Those that may be considered abuse include (but are not limited to) those from the following list:
・Use of one or more accounts
・Equal, zero or low margin bets
・Completion of bonus wagering requirements in excluded games

・Manipulation of the software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical abuse, or any other activity that amounts to intentional misconduct;
・Masking your IP address or using a VPN

We may revoke your bonus eligibility (and future bonus entitlements) if you engage in any of the following acts, and we may remove any currently pending or active bonuses from your account. To be clear, your cash balance itself is not subject to any restrictions, but if you engage in the following restricted actions using funds from your cash balance while the bonus is active, your bonus may be removed.
With the aim of increasing the amount of wagers with minimal win/loss expectations, place your wagers in a way that is intended to ensure that at least 90% of those stakes are recovered in winnings. For example (but not limited to), bet on red, black and green zeros or cover the majority of the table with roulette.
Place a single or multiple cash wager of value greater than 20% (20%) of the original bonus amount in any single game (including through the use of in-game mechanisms that allow you to wager winnings awarded from previous spins), individual hands, or rounds;
Build balance and drastically change play patterns (stake size, game type, stake structure, etc.) to meet wagering requirements. and

Daily tournaments are played daily from 00:00 to 23:00 CET time.
Weekly tournaments take place from 00:00 CET time to 23:00 the following Sunday.
Roulette tournaments are played every Thursday from 00:00 to 23:00 CET time.
A countdown timer will be displayed for all tournaments, and details of future tournament starts will be displayed once the live tournament ends.
The minimum bet size for each tournament varies. The minimum bet size is displayed in the ‘Tournament Rules’ section of each tournament page.
Participation in a tournament is automatically achieved when you earn points from one of the eligible tournament games (displayed on each tournament-specific page).
Daily and weekly tournaments will be played in a “Max Winning Rate” and “Win Streak” format. In the “Max Winning Rate” format, 0x or 1x wins earn 0 (zero), every 1x to 3x wins earn 1 point, every 3x to 7x win gets 5 points, every 7x to 15x win gets 20 points, every 15x to 30x win gets 75 points, and every 30x to 75x win gets 150 points, You get 300 points for every win from 75x to 100x, and 999 points for wins over 100x. In the “Win Streak” format, players earn 1 point for 1 win, 3 points for 2 consecutive wins, 7 points for 3 consecutive wins, 15 points for 4 consecutive wins, 50 points for 5 consecutive wins, and 150 points for 6 consecutive wins or more. The calculation of points takes into account the maximum number of wins in a streak. Points earned in Max Winning Rates and Win Streaks are calculated and automatically added to the player’s total.
Roulette tournaments are played in the form of a “Max Winning Rate”. Players get 0x to 0x wins, 1 point for every 2x to 3x win, 5 points for every 3x to 6x win, 20 points for every 6x to 9x win, 50 points for every 9x to 12x win, 100 points for every 12x to 18x win, 200 points for every 18x to 36x win, and 500 points for 36x wins.
In these tournaments, the “Booster” option is enabled (Daily, Weekly, Roulette). The booster feature allows players to collect more points throughout the tournament. Boosters are activated when a player at the top goes “dormant” and award additional points to the lower players. A “dormant” is defined as more than 15 minutes have passed since the last bet was placed on the qualifying game. In such a case, a booster will be activated for the next player in the standings, and that player will receive a booster that will earn 50% of the points.
The leaderboard displays the status to the left of each player’s nickname and changes color depending on how they play. Brown means ‘dormant’, blue means ‘active’ (last bet is within 15 minutes’), green means ‘very active’ (last bet is within 30 seconds’ and red means ‘booster activated’.
Points are automatically calculated and added to the player’s account. Points cannot be carried forward or transferred between tournaments.
The player with the most points at the end of the tournament will receive a prize for the percentage of the total prize pool shown in the leaderboard table (located on each tournament page).
Prizes must be activated from the promotion page within 3 days after the tournament ends. If you do not activate it within 3 days, your winnings will be removed from your account.
If multiple players score the same number of points, the player who earned the points first is ranked higher.
Achievement
Achievements are divided into two categories:
General Achievements consist of four specific on-site challenges, which you will receive a deposit bonus and a no deposit bonus when you complete them.
Each of the 1/3/5 game combo achievements is an achievement that can be completed in the casino’s many games. Each participating game (see the list on the Achievements page) contains 10 Individual Achievements. Complete all 10 challenges in a single game to unlock the 1-game Combo Achievement. Completing all challenges in 3 and 5 games will unlock 3 and 5 game combos. The progress of these achievements resets monthly.
Achievement winnings are instantly redeemed on the promotion page and expire in 2 days. Activated bonus funds must clear the wagering requirements within 3 days. If the wagering requirements cannot be met, the bonus will be removed from your account.

Cashback
Sometimes, we will cash back your net loss as a bonus fund. The cashback amount is calculated as follows:
Cashback = (Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals – Cash Balance) x Slots 0.1 to 0.2 (cashback value commensurate with status) or Live Dealer 0.05 to 0.1 (cashback value commensurate with status) This calculation is usually based on the previous month’s activity, but depending on the player’s level, May be based on the last 2 weeks. For more information, please see the Player Benefits section at the bottom of this page.
The above calculations are also subject to different percentage contributions, depending on the type of game you are playing.
If the sum of your withdrawal cash balance and losses in the live dealer game is equal to or greater than the amount you deposited in the specified period, you will not receive cashback.
Cashback does not carry over over to the next month or is aggregated.
Cashback is added as a deposit bonus, and you need to deposit a percentage of the cashback amount to activate the bonus. The percentage will be based on the player level (more on this in the Player Benefits section below) and the minimum deposit required will be indicated in the offer on the promotion page.
Cashback must be activated on the promotion page within 3 days of being granted. In addition, activated bonus funds must clear wagering requirements within 3 days of activation. If you do not clear the wagering requirements on time, the bonus will be removed from your account.
Wagering requirements of deposit amount + bonus amount apply. The amount depends on the player level (see Player Benefits below). The maximum withdrawal amount for bonus winnings is set at 20 times the bonus amount.
Enhanced cashback offers that can be obtained through player rewards are granted at the discretion of the casino. All information about the enhanced cashback offer, including deposit amounts and wagering requirements (e.g.), will be displayed in the offer as soon as it is available on the promotion page. rebate
Rebates are cash bonuses that can be accumulated by wagering funds from your cash balance.
The minimum bet required to be considered for a rebate is 10p (on eligible games).
Rebate considerations vary depending on the game and player perk level.
In the “Balance” section of your profile page, you can see the amount of rebates available.
Rebates are accumulated during the period (depending on the player reward level) and are awarded as cash rewards that can be earned on the promotion page.
Rebates must be activated within 7 days of being available on the promotion page. If you don’t activate the rebate within this time, the rebate will expire.
Level 1 and Level 2 players will be granted rebates at the beginning of each month depending on their player benefits. The time frame depends on the level of the player. For more information on the breakdown, please see the Player Benefits section of this page.
The minimum rebate amount you can receive as a bonus is $1. The maximum rebate amount is $1000.
If the cumulative amount of the rebate for week I falls below the minimum, it will be carried over to the next period until the required minimum amount is reached. If the rebate amount does not reach the required minimum amount within 6 months, the rebate will be reset.
If the cumulative weekly rebate exceeds the maximum ($1000), you will receive the maximum bonus amount and the difference will be removed.

Player levels are displayed on the balance page of your Player Account and in the side menu of all games played on the desktop and are eligible for eligibility.
Your level will be based on the total bet amount for the two months with the highest total bet of 10% on cash bets and bonus funds in that month and in the past 4 months of activity. Also, keep in mind that the digestibility of wagering requirements applies.
